Shipment by Chronopost, DHL and FEDEX for foreign countries:
Delivery time and fees may vary depending on the country of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and indicated at checkout, at the time of online payment.
(Don't forget! Our jewels are exclusively made in a tiny workshop in the heart of Sardinia, so we produce in small quantities: you should always count on a production time of three weeks!)
If your jewel does not suit you, you have a legal retraction period of 14 days from the day you received your order.
To notify us of your wish to return a product, simply write to us at the following address: [email protected].
For Metropolitan France the postal return fees are at our charge. Once we receive your return request, you will receive a return label by email.
Outside Metropolitan France, the return postage is at your expense. Don't forget to notify us of your return.
Please note that for your return request to be accepted, the jewel must not have been worn or damaged. All jewellery must be returned in its original packaging. If the above conditions are not met, your return will be refused.
Please send us your request by email, specifying whether you wish to make an exchange or a refund. We will refund the price of the returned jewel (not including the delivery fees) directly to your bank account. An email will be sent to you to confirm the refund.
