The story of a timeless jewel : 

The art of filigree has been used by Etruscans as early as the 9th Century BC and is now one of the many treasures of the Mediterranean cultural heritage. Similar to metal embroidery, its ornaments are composed of gold threads skilfully intertwined. The various motifs formed by the honeycomb filigree grains recall wheat grains and have a symbolic function: wishes of abundance, prosperity and love.
