PRODUCT CARE

We're not going to tell you how to wear your jewellery, you're already doing that perfectly! But rather, how to take care of it.
GOLD 18K (750)

Our MEA AYAYA 18K gold jewelry is entirely handcrafted, within a tiny goldsmith's workshop in Sardinia, this is why the shape and colour can vary from one piece to another.

In order to preserve the original shine of your jewel, we advise you, once a year, to clean it with a soft toothbrush and soapy water (neutral pH), before rinsing it with clear warm water.

 STERLING SILVER (925/1000)

Our MEA AYAYA silver jewelry is available in three variants: bleached silver, burnished silver, and gold-plated silver.

Our burnished silver jewelry undergoes a process of artisanal burnishing in our workshop. The gray colour can therefore vary from one piece of jewellery to another.

Our gold-plated silver is handcrafted with a layer of 18K gold. The gold colour can therefore vary from one piece of jewelry to another.

Your MEA AYAYA jewellery is meant to accompany you every day, however, its brightness may seem less shiny after being worn daily. The permanent contact of a piece of jewellery with the skin, the surrounding pollution and the possible external shocks require care and attention.

That's why we recommend to:

    • Avoid contact with water, soap, perfume, chlorine, chemicals and cosmetics as much as possible.
    • If possible, remove your jewelry before engaging in any activity that could damage it (sports, cooking, etc.).
    • Remove your jewelry at bedtime.
    • Finally, if you wish to revive the brilliance of the gold and burnished which takes on a slight patina over time, we recommend that you clean your silver jewelry only with a soft, dry cloth.

Don't forget!

Your MEA AYAYA jewelry is guaranteed for one year. If you notice a manufacturing defect, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email: [email protected]. We will take care of your jewel as soon as possible.

Are excluded from this guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear, the aging of the jewelry.
- Defects or damages resulting from misuse, negligence and accident.
